Tunç Hukuk Bürosu
Tunç Hukuk Bürosu was founded in 1998 by Av. Yılmaz Tunç. Av. Yahya Tunç, who completed his legal internship in 2002, joined the office the same year and continued his professional work here.
Following our founder’s service as Bartın Member of Parliament for the 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th legislative terms since 2007, and his appointment as Minister of Justice in 2023, the management of our office has long been carried out by Av. Yahya Tunç.
Av. Yahya Tunç
Born in 1976 in Ulukaya Village of Ulus district, Bartın province, Yahya Tunç completed his primary education at Ulukaya İlkokulu, his secondary education at Gebze İmam Hatip Ortaokulu, and his high school education at Pendik İmam Hatip Lisesi.
Graduating from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2001, Yahya Tunç completed his legal internship at Tunç Hukuk Bürosu in 2002, began his professional career there, and continues to serve as the managing lawyer.
Tunç served as a Member of the Pendik Municipal Council in the 2009 and 2014 local elections, contributing a broader public administration perspective to legal processes.
